JAY — Congressman Mike Michaud, D-Maine, announced that Constituent Service Representative Matt Dubois will be available to meet with constituents in Jay on issues they are facing with federal agencies and to discuss services available through his office.

Dubois will be available from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23, at the Jay Town Office, 340 Main St.
