BANGOR – Planning is under way for the inaugural Maine’s Travel & Adventure Expo, April 1-3, at the Bangor Civic Center.
The show will feature vendors from around Maine, New England and the Canadian Maritimes, and will highlight regional attractions, destinations and outdoor adventures.
“We have some great businesses already on board,” show producer Bret Blanchard said. “There are nearby destinations, adventure companies, travel companies, and regional tourism organizations – all with amazing offerings to put on display.”
Organizers say that the time is right for this type of an event, with recreational spending back on the rise, and plenty of destinations and adventures here in our backyard.
