Ellie Morgan, a participant in Paris Public Library’s After School program, provides a close-up of the Valentine pencils she adorned with pipe cleaners and cut-out candy hearts for her pencil toppers. In addition, children selected from a variety of other activities. Paris Public Library’s After School Program meets at 4 p.m. every Monday when school is in session. On Feb. 28, “The Small One” (a Disney love story for all seasons) will be read and craft activities will be provided, as well as board games. All ages are welcome.
