SUMNER — Dennis and Patricia Bailey of Sumner are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Christine Bailey of Sumner, to Merle Keough of Greene, son of Arthur and Nancy Keough of Auburn.

Miss Bailey is a 2000 graduate of West Sumner Christian School and attended two years at Crown College in Powell, Tenn., to study youth ministry. She is currently employed at Small Wonders Child Care Facility in Turner as an infant/toddler teacher.

Mr. Keough is a 1997 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2001 graduate of Central Maine Technical College with an associate degree in applied science in electromechanical technology. He is a journeyman electrician currently employed as a foreman/crew leader at DeBlois Electric in Lewiston.

The wedding will be held at 5 p.m. on June 18 at the West Sumner Baptist Church.
