LEWISTON — The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope and Healing at Central Maine Medical Center is offering a free exercise workshop for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers titled “The ABCs of Exercise.”
The workshop is part of the Growing Through Cancer Series presented by Marcy Covey and will take place from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Monday, March 14, at CMMC, 12 High St., conference room I.
Covey, a personal health counselor, yoga and exercise instructor, will teach the basic principles of exercise and how to make a plan to include them in your life.
