Bean cook-off
LOVELL — United Church of Christ will hold a Maine baked bean cook-off at 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 26, to benefit the Ronald Ashworth Memorial Pilgrim Lodge Campership Fund.
Enter your favorite bean casserole for a price of $10. Donations for tasting will be accepted at the door. Judging is by taster’s choice. Trophies will be awarded to the winners.
Legion yard sale
SOUTH PARIS — American Legion Post #72 will hold a yard sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 26, on Church Street. The lunch counter will be open and 50/50 tickets will be on sale.
Maple syrup breakfast
NORTH WATERFORD — a maple syrup breakfast will take place beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 26, at the North Waterford Congregational Church, with pancakes, muffins and fresh maple syrup from the McAllister Farm. All proceeds benefit the church.
