NORWAY — The MaineHealth Learning Resource Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital will sponsor a program, “Creating Healthy Salads,” from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 7.

The program will be held in the Harper Conference Center in the Ripley Medical Office Building next to Stephens Memorial Hospital. There is a $10 cost for the presentation.

Stephens Memorial Hospital’s registered dietitian, Pat Watson, and Chef Elton Cole will show how to prepare ingredients and put together healthy salads to help with weight-management goals.

Participants will create their own nutritious salad from a healthy salad bar sampler. Recipes will be provided.
