Pamela Vaillancourt of Auburn is the first to audition in the Maine Games national anthem competition at the Kora Temple Shrine in Lewiston on Saturday. Susie Stauber-Pepper of Portland, Miss Maine 2009, won this years’s competition. Bryanna Welch of Wells came in second. Performers from across the state sing “God Bless America” before the start of the Maine Games national anthem audition competition at the Kora Temple Shrine in Lewiston Saturday. The winner will sing the national anthem before the Maine Shrine Lobster Bowl Classic in July.
