Church lunch

DIXFIELD — The Dixfield Congregational Church will hold a public luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. or until sold out on Sunday, April 10. For a cost of $5, residents will have beans, chop suey, casseroles, dessert and beverage.

No meeting

DIXFIELD — The Dixfield Historical Society will not host an April meeting, but has scheduled a session for Thursday, May 12. The public is invited.

Class lunch

MEXICO — The Mexico high School Class of 1949 will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, at Dick’s Restaurant.

Spa sessions

RUMFORD — The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope and Healing and Rumford Hospital Oncology Department will offer mini-spa sessions to cancer patients, survivors and caregivers. “Pamper Yourself: A Spa Morning” will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, May 1, at Rumford Hospital’s Lariviere Oncology Suite.

The morning will include massage therapy, reiki, facials, pedicures, manicures, hair styling and makeovers. Attendees may bring a friend or family member. Registration is available by calling Rumford Oncology at 369-1129. For more information, visit www.dempseycenter.org.
