AUBURN — Reliant Mortgage Company, LLC, announces the alliance of Janice Wescott and Brendan Fontaine’s team to establish a mortgage banking team for the benefit of residents and the real estate community of Androscoggin County and its surrounding towns.

Together the team adds more than 40 years of mortgage banking experience.

Wescott is vice president and senior loan officer at Reliant Mortgage and has enjoyed a successful mortgage career spanning 25 years.

Fontaine, an Auburn resident and attorney before joining the mortgage banking industry in 2006, is a licensed banker in Maine and New Hampshire and has managed his own successful mortgage branch operation since 2007. He brings his team of Jason Gagnon and Kyle Gabri to Reliant Mortgage.
