LEWISTON — Funeral services honoring the life of Catherine “Kay” Willette were celebrated Thursday at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home with Monsignor Marc Caron presiding. The prayer of the faithful was recited by Kay’s daughter, Anne Willette. Kay’s granddaughter, Cissy Willette Amato read a poem in honor of grandmother called, “Chocolate.” Words of remembrance were shared by her family beginning with Kay’s son, John Willette, grandson, Lucca Amato, daughter, Annie Willette, daughter, JoAnn Willette, niece, Carol Manfra, family friend, Paul Barron, grandson, Dan Ohlin, granddaughter, Cecilia Amato, granndaughter, Sonya Weiss, grandson, Jake Willette, and family friend, Derek McKee. At the conclusion of services, all were invited to a reception of fellowship at the Willette family home in Lewiston. Burial will be held later in the spring at Mt. Hope Cemtery.
