SEATTLE, Wash. — Theresa “Terry” Levesque formerly of Lewiston, passed away April 1, in Seattle, Wash., after a courageous battle with a rare cancer, Carcinoid.

She was born Feb. 9, 1941, to Marcel and Marie Ange Provencher. Following graduation from Lewiston High School, she married the love of her life, Armand Levesque in 1962. They were married 49 years and had two children, Laurie Levesque of Sammamish, Wash., and Michael Levesque (deceased).

Terry loved traveling, dancing, cooking and playing with her granddaughters. Terry and Armand spent their time between Bradenton, Fla., and Issaquah, Wash.

Terry is survived by her husband, Armand Levesque; daughter, Laurie Levesque (spouse, Derek Upham) of Sammamish, Wash.; two granddaughters, twins, Meredith and Olivia; her brother, Jerry Provencher of Florida; her sister, Jeannine Moody of Florida; many loving extended family, friends, neighbors and all her Beta Sigma Phi sorority sisters, who have provided ongoing love and support.

The family would like to thank Dr. Samual Whiting, MD and Deborah Leslie, RN of Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for their support and compassion during this journey.
