NORTHEAST HARBOR — The wedding of Kathryn Wixon and Joshua Morgan was held on June 26 on the coast of Northeast Harbor.

Mrs. Morgan is the daughter of David and Jayne Wixon of Surry. Mr. Morgan is the son of Kenneth and Brenda Morgan of Norridgewock.

Megan Wixon, sister of the bride, served as honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Kaite Wood, Anna Briggs and Sara Champagne. Flower girls were Mia and Zoey Ray.

Christopher Morgan was best man for his brother. Ushers were A.J. Preble, Gavin Engler and Nic Longo. Gage Morgan was the ring bearer.

 A reception followed at the Asticou Inn in Northeast Harbor. The couple is planning a honeymoon to the Caribbean at a later date. They are residing in Bangor.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Ellsworth High School and a 2008 graduate of Rivier College in Nashua, N.H., with a degree in nursing. She is an RN on the Oncology Unit at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.

The bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of Skowhegan Area High Schoool and a 2007 graduate of Daniel Webster College in Nashua, N.H., with a bachelor’s degree in air traffic management. He is employed by the FAA as an air traffic controller at the Bangor International Airport.
