HARRISON — The Recreation Department is sponsoring a senior writing class to be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Friday afternoons April 22, 29 and May 6 at the fire station community room.
Participants are invited to tell the story behind a cherished object or photograph, a childhood haunt, a favorite teacher, rainy day activities, an embarrassing moment, a true friend, a first car, their senior prom, report cards — whatever inspires a good story.
The instructor is local writer T. Jewell Collins.
