William M. Thomas, 41, of Wilton, April 19, operating without a license, $2,500 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

Jeffrey D. Witham, 21, of Oxford, April 19, violation of bail conditions and violation of protective order, Norway Police Department.

Briah A. Arsenault, 19, of Peru, April 20, domestic violence assault, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
