* Harold Reeve, 35, Rumford, domestic violence terrorizing, 2:50 a.m. April 23. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on June 7.

* Valerie J. King, 22, Rumford, hindering apprehension, 7:20 p.m. April 17 on Waldo Street. She was released on $400 unsecured bail.
