Rumford Hospital Development Committee Chairwoman and Auxiliary President Barbara Belanger has written letters to local clubs and civic organizations asking for gifts to the 2010-2011 Annual Appeal. “Although the majority of Annual Appeal funds come from individuals and families, we feel that local clubs may want to support the hospital that serves the club’s members, their families and neighbors,” said Belanger.
