LEWISTON — Daniel A. Fecteau, 46, of Ridgewood Avenue, died Saturday, April 23, at his home, after a very sudden illness.

He was born in Lewiston on Jan. 8, 1965, a son of Gerald and Geraldine (Martin) Fecteau. He was educated in the Auburn school system.

He married the love of his life, the former Jennifer Marston, on June 23, 2007.

He worked in the Fiberglas industry for many years in boat building and aviation. His most recent employer was Yankee Marina and Boatyard. He enjoyed animals, fishing, being on his boat, mining, and camping. He also loved his food, working with Fiberglas and backyard fires with family, friends and neighbors. He will be missed for his willingness to help anyone who needed it.

He leaves his wife, Jennifer, of Lewiston; his parents, Gerald and Geraldine, of Auburn; two sons, Michael and William of Lewiston; a sister, Tina Webster and her husband, Bob, of Leeds; six brothers, Louie and his wife, Janie, of North Carolina, Reggie and his wife, Sue, of Buckfield, Rick and his wife, Debbie, of Auburn, Steven of Auburn, Andrew and his wife, Sharon, of Strong, and Anthony and his wife, Ernie, of Auburn; his mother-in-law, Debbie Marston; and many nieces and nephews.
