* Melissa M. Pike, 34, of Woodstock, April 27, operating under the influence, operating after suspension and violation of bail conditions, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* James C. Seibert, 37, of Rumford, April 27, probation violation, Maine State Police.

* Thomas A. Owens, 47, of Oxford, April 28, operating under the influence, released on personal recognizance, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Chad M. Fournier, 24, of Canton, April 28, failure to pay fines, $300 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Matthew H. Fowler, 33, of Paris, April 28 unpaid fines for operating under the influence, $641 cash bail, Paris Police Department.
