STRONG — Announcement is made of the engagement of Mikayla Christine Burbank of Strong and Aaron Michael Lane of Anson.
Miss Burbank is the daughter of Joy and Scott York of Strong and Christopher Burbank of Salem. She is a graduate of Mt. Abram High School and is currently attending Southern Maine Community College, majoring in liberal studies. She plans to continue her education at Kennebec Valley Community College to achieve her degree.
Mr. Lane is the son of Floyd and Tamara Lane of Anson. He is a graduate of Carrabec High School and is currently attending Southern Maine Community College, majoring in heavy equipment operations, where he will continue on to run heavy equipment and start his own business.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 22, 2012.
