Richard B. Berry, 49, of Norway, May 5, violation of bail conditions, Norway Police Department.

Harold W. Enman, 42, of Farmington, May 5, operating under the influence, $300 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

Jesse L. Merrill, 25, of Dixfield, May 5, violating protective order and violation of bail conditions, Rumford Police Department.

Terry L. Small, 43, of Oxford, May 5, failure to pay fines, $610 cash bail, Oxford Police Department.
