The management of North Country Associates, an owner and manager of nursing facilities in Maine and Massachusetts, recently recognized its Employees of the Year for each of their 23 locations. Lori Pomelow, administrator, left, congratulates Chester “Chet” Blanchard for being selected as Russell Park Rehabilitation and Living Center’s Employee of the Year. Blanchard is the maintenance assistant, providing support in all aspects of inside and outside facility maintenance. He was recognized by his peers for his positive attitude, outstanding customer service, and for the extra mile he goes for all the residents he works with. At the recognition luncheon, honorees were recognized individually and presented with a cash award.
