Auburn police search the area around the Burger King on Center Street on Saturday night after an apparent armed robbery. A man displayed a gun to a clerk at about 8 p.m., but no one was hurt, Police Chief Phil Crowell said. A police dog was assisting in the search, Crowell said. No further information was available Saturday night.
