HERNANDO, Fla. — Thomas B. Driscoll died unexpectedly at his home in on May 29. He was born in Lewiston on Dec. 16, 1950, to the late Katherine Driscoll and Jerry Driscoll, both of whom predeceased him.

He worked most of his life in newspaper circulation and distribution, first in Lewiston at the Lewiston Sun Journal, then at the Citrus County Chronicle, the Tampa Tribune, and most recently, for Sr. Petersburg Times.

He will be remembered as a good and gentle man.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Haley Driscoll; his brother, Wallace Driscoll (Rachel); and sister, Constance Plourde; and numerous nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

He was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Roger Plourde.
