FARMINGTON — Cindy would be a wonderful companion to a calm household. She loves to be petted and cuddled. As you can see by her picture she will make sure the couch doesn’t walk away on you. Cindy likes other cats although she wouldn’t mind being the queen of the castle and not share any of the attention. She would do best in a household without dogs.

New dogs at the shelter include a female hound mix found in Industry, a male pappillon-mix found in New Vineyard and a mini schnauzer male.

All cats and kittens are free to adopt through June 18.

The Franklin County Animal Shelter is located at 550 Industry Road.
