RUMFORD — Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned Aug. 2 in Rumford District Court:

* Samantha Mayberry, 30, Andover, domestic violence assault, 9:30 a.m. June 5 on Plymouth Avenue. She was released on $700 unsecured bail.

* Larry Labonte, 55, Rumford, furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, 2:35 a.m. June 4 on Waldo Street. He was released on $200 cash bail.

* Bryan Canwell, 20, Mexico, operating under the influence, 2:15 a.m. June 4 on Hancock Street. He was released on $700 unsecured bail and will be arraigned Sept. 6 in Rumford District Court.

* Jason Beedy, 31, Mexico, warrant charging failure to pay fines on charge of criminal mischief and violation of bail, 8:40 p.m. June 3 on Franklin Street. He was released on $530 cash bail.
