PHILLIPS — A story on the upcoming Phillips town meeting that was published Thursday on Page B2 of the Franklin County edition should have said the proposed town budget of $944,000 is nearly 1 percent more than last year’s amount, interim Town Manager Elaine Hubbard said. The information was incorrectly reported by the Sun Journal.
