FORT KENT — One hundred-ninety five students received degrees at the 129th commencement exercises at the University of Maine at Fort Kent.
Anthony M. Drouin, senior class representative, addressed his fellow graduates. Drouin is from Turner and graduated with a bachelor of science in rural public safety administration.
