Patrick, left, and Christian Beauregard are shown with Congressman Mike Michaud at Carrabassett Valley Academy. Both were accepted into United States Military academies. Upon the recommendation from the congressman, Patrick was accepted to West Point Military Academy in New York, and Christian was accepted to the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado. The Beauregard brothers earned acceptances into their respective academies through years of involvement in community service, athletics, scouting and exemplary academic performance. As a result of their hard work while at CVA, Christian and Patrick earned the distinction as CVA’s 2011 valedictorian and salutatorian, respectively.
