MINOT — Dana and Lisa Martin of Millinocket are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Alicia Lynn Martin of Millinocket, to Jason Alexander Nance of Minot, son of Catherine Salterio and stepson of John Salterio of Minot and the son of Gene Nance Jr. of Chesapeake, Ohio.

Miss Martin is a 2007 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology, and a 2011 graduate of Husson University with a master’s degree in occupational therapy.

Mr. Nance is a 2009 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He is an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and is currently in flight training in Pensacola, Fla.

The wedding will be held on Sept. 3 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Bangor.
