NORWAY — Flossie M. (Buck) DeCoster, 80, passed away Sunday, July 10, at Norway Rehab & Living Center after a long battle with Cerebral Ataxia.
She was born on Dec. 18, 1930, in West Paris to George and Arabella (Estes) Buck. Flossie attended West Paris schools and graduated from West Paris High School in 1950. She married Leon A. DeCoster in 1964.
She worked as a waitress at Prims Rexall Pharmacy and Barjos and worked at various shoe shops in and around the area and retired from Pleasant Mtn. Moc. in Bridgton in 1994.
She loved going to dances and having picnics and BBQs with family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Jolene and Joe Dudley of Waterfordl; grandson, Terry and Renee St. John, of Norway; daughter, Carolyn and Halbert Cummings of Bridgton; grandsons, Halbert N. and Matthew S. Cummings of Bridgton; sister, Georgena and Leslie Roberts of Norway; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her longtime boyfriend, Raymond E. Jacobson.
