PARIS — The following arrests were logged at the Oxford County jail:

* Katherine L. Bonawitz, 18, of Lewiston, July 13, refusing to sign traffic ticket, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Mark S. Ellis, 50, of Attleboro, Mass., July 13, operating without a license and speeding more than 30 mph over the limit, Maine State Police.
