PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — A 41-year-old Biddeford man has pleaded not guilty to using the Internet to stalk his ex-girlfriend and steal her identity.

Shawn Sayer entered his plea Tuesday in federal court in Portland.

He is accused of using email and the Internet to terrorize his ex-girlfriend for four years after they broke up in 2006. She told detectives that Sayer tracked her down even after she changed her name and moved to Louisiana to get away from him.
