* Cynthia J. Goodrich, 39, of Bethel, July 21, failure to appear for charges of theft, forgery and negotiating a worthless instrument, $5,000 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* William H. Little, 40, of Norway, July 21, operating under the influence, $500 unsecured bond, Norway Police Department.

* Jeremy Minnerly, 24, of Norway, July 21, warrant, $445 cash bail, Norway Police Department.
