NORWAY — The Highland String Trio, a local Maine favorite, will play for the 5th Saturday Norway contra dance beginning at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 30, at the Norway Grange on Whitman Street. Maggie Robinson will call. A pre-dance public supper will be hosted by the Heywood Club from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Grange.

The menu will be potato salad, broccoli salad, sliced cold ham, bread, pineapple dessert and coffee. $7 adult and $3 children. Proceeds benefit the club.

He performs healthy kids concerts at public schools and provides vocals, flute and guitar accompaniment in the group. More information about the group can be found at www.highlandstringtrio.com.

A donation of $10 will be appreciated at the door.
