The following will be arraigned on Nov. 8 in Rumford District Court:

* Matthew Smith, 25, Rumford, attaching false plates, 12:10 a.m. Aug. 15 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

* Dwayne Cormier, 31, Dixfield, operating under the influence, 12:12 a.m. Aug. 14 on Route 2. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

* Dolly Turbide, 44, Mexico, operating after suspension, 4:45 p.m. Aug. 9 on Lincoln Avenue. She was released on $50 cash bail.
