A handful of former Lewiston Maineiacs changed homes again Monday on the final day of preseason trading in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
The largest deal of the day if he reports back to the QMJHL? saw Montreal Canadiens prospect Louis Leblanc, a 20-year-old, go to the Shawinigan Cataractes. Former Lewiston forward Cole Hawes is the only player listed in the trade going from Shawinigan to the Blainville/Boisbriand Armada.
Gatineau traded goaltending prospect Antoine Bibeau, whom it selected in the dispersal draft, to PEI for a fourth-round draft pick, while Shawinigan also offloaded former Lewiston first-rounder Jean-Francois Plante, sending him to Rimouski.
