FARMINGTON — Franklin Health Internal Medicine announces that Brian Clements, DO, will join its practice on Sept. 7.

Dr. Clements is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and later completed a three year internal medicine residency at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, Pa.

He is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association.

He resides in Wilton with his wife and their four children. During his free time he trains for and has completed an iron man triathlon and multiple marathons.

Other providers in the medical practice include Dr. Stephen Goss, Dr. Stacy Hershfeld and Dr. Robert O’Reilly.
