LEWISTON — Staff Sergeant Brandon Marcoux of Lewiston has been selected to the U.S. Army’s Green to Gold Program. He is one of about 154 out of 15,000 enlisted personnel to be selected to this program. He will be studying military science and business administration. In his military career he has earned four Army Achievement Medals, two Army Accomplishment Medals, two Army Good Conduct Medals and a Bronze Star. He has just completed his seventh year in service and has served two tours in Iraq.

Marcoux is stationed at Fort Sill, Okla., and lives with his wife, the former Felicia Sirois of Lewiston, and two children, Hailey and Gabriel. He is the son of Rick Marcoux of Leeds and Anita Marcoux of Brewer.
