Outlook: The Phoenix will combine two strong programs with a pair of strong coaches and a host of returning players from both Jay and Livermore Falls. The result should be one of the top MVC schools once again. The difference will come at playoff time, when the Phoenix will dive into the Class B tourney. The team is missing a ton of talent from each of last year’s teams, but also combining will help minimize some of those effects.

Coach’s comment: “We’ve had a great summer with the team together, the preseason has been great, and we’re looking forward to the challenge of bringing the two schools together as one. We’re very excited about this year.”
