RUMFORD — Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Nov. 8 in 11th District Court in Rumford:

 * Eric Belanger, 34, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 3:53 a.m. Sept. 15 on Waldo Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

* Jeremy Vashaw, 38, Rumford, operating after suspension, 10:29 p.m. Sept. 14 on Somerset Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Dec. 6 in Rumford District Court.

* Tabatha McLaughlin, 25, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 6:14 p.m. Sept. 13 on Cumberland Street. She was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Tausha Plante, 34, Rumford, Augusta, warrant charging failure to appear, 9 a.m. Sept. 13 at the police station on River Street. She was released on $300 cash bail. A court date isn’t yet known.

* Thomas Dion, 43, Mexico, displaying a fictitious sticker, 8:20 p.m. Sept. 11 on Main Street in Mexico. He was released on $400 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Dec. 6 in Rumford District Court.

* Gerald Fontaine, 57, Rumford, operating under the influence, 9:20 p.m. Sept. 9 on Washington Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Dec. 6 in Rumford District Court.
