Auburn police officer Bud Caouette, left, and others investigate a motorcycle accident Wednesday morning on Center Street. Police Lt. Anthony Harrington said Clyde Tripp, 67, of Limington was riding the 1990 Harley-Davidson Super Glide. Tripp was taken to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, he said. A nursing supervisor at CMMC said Tripp was in stable condition Wednesday night.
