Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Dec. 6 in Rumford District Court:

* David Crosby, 35, Mexico, burglary, assault and criminal trespass, 9:30 p.m. Sept. 29 on Prospect Avenue. He was released on $1,200 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Dec. 16 in South Paris Superior Court.

* Shaunna Paquette, 27, Rumford, warrant charging failure to pay fines on charge of operating after suspension, 10:20 p.m. Sept. 28 on Prospect Avenue. She was released on $610 cash bail. There is no court date.

* Mark Mackerron, 55, Westbrook, operating under the influence, 11:40 p.m. Sept. 23 on Kennebec Street. He was released on $600 cash bail.

* Domenic D’Angelo, 23, Rumford, operating after suspension, 8:10 a.m. Sept. 23 on Kennebec Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.
