LEWISTON — SeniorsPlus, the area agency on aging based in Lewiston, is now taking appointments to help seniors with Medicare Part D Annual Enrollment which runs from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7.
Medicare D plans change each year and the plan that worked last year may not be one’s best choice for the upcoming year. For most, the only time to switch a plan is during the Annual Enrollment Period.
SeniorsPlus has Medicare specialists available to review current plans and possibly find a more cost effective plan to better suit one’s financial and prescription drug needs.
Call SeniorsPlus to schedule an appointment in the Lewiston office at 8 Falcon Road or at one of the following mobile office van stops:
* Rangeley Town House Apartments, Wednesday, Oct. 19;
* Wilton Town Office, Wednesday, Oct. 26;
* Fryeburg American Legion, Wednesday, Nov. 2;
* Rumford Library, Thursday, Nov. 10;
* Farmington Town Hall, Tuesday, Nov. 15; or
* Lisbon MTM, Wednesday, Nov. 30.
