In an event to benefit 6-month-old Riker Star Dresser of Lewiston, a disc golf challenge with a buffet and live entertainment will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, at Sabattus Disc Golf. Prizes include an m-14 disc golf basket valued at $150. The buffet and five live bands will follow at Fast Breaks in Lewiston. The bands are Skosh, Dr. Fatfinger, Tri Polar, Brookside Blues Band and Swagger. This full day of fun is all for a $20 donation. Riker was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and recently underwent a bone marrow transplant from her 3-year-old sister.
