Bussiere

LEWISTON — Raymond and Doris Bussiere of Lewiston and Myrtle Beach, S.C., recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a party at the home of Richard and Marion Bussiere. Party hosts were Brigite Babine and Celine Lagasse. Toastmaster was son-in-law, John Babine.

Mr. Bussiere and the former Doris Filteau were married Aug. 19, 1961, at Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Sabattus. Their children are Brigite and John Babine, Celine Lagasse and Ray Bussiere Jr. Their grandchildren are John Babine Jr., Jesse Babine, Jacqueline Babine, Stephanie Violette and Ryan Lagasse. They also have great-grandchildren: Jacques Babine, Gabriel Murray, Garrison Maya, Bronson Babine and Griffin Violette.

Original wedding attendants present were Madeline (Nadeau) Theriault, maid of honor, and Richard Bussiere, best man.

Party guests were aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters.
