* Keng Lee, 26, of Morgantown, N.C., Oct. 24, violation of protective order, $500 unsecured bond, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Rachel L. Webber, 37, of West Paris, Oct. 24, operating after suspension, released on personal recognizance, Maine State Police.
