TURNER — SAD 52 Adult and Community Education will offer Session 2 for French and Spanish classes beginning Oct. 31. French is held on Mondays and Spanish on Wednesdays.

Hooping to Heal starts Nov. 2. Hula hooping builds a core strength, provides a great cardiovascular workout, reduces stress, brings joy and laughter and helps clear the mind.

Youngsters 9 through 13 years old can become “Space Cadets” during a Kids Camp beginning Nov. 7. They’ll learn amazing facts like which planet revolves backwards, which travels fastest around the Sun and leave with their own Solar System.

Brighten your home with a dried flower pocket. Make this in a one-night class on Nov. 8 and fill it with a variety of dried flowers. All materials will be provided, but bring a glue gun if possible.

Reiki Level Two will be held Nov. 15 and participants will learn additional symbols, In Absentia (long distance) healing and receive a second attunement that increases channeling ability. Students will receive a certificate upon completion.

Carve a funny face in the core of a golf ball beginning Nov. 16. Carving experience is required and students will need a carving knife and assortment of palm gouges.
