NEW GLOUCESTER — The wedding of Amanda Irene Bergeron and Jonathan David Marlow was held at 4 p.m. on Aug. 6 at the garden at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester. Yossie Bitton, uncle of the bridegroom, officiated at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Claude and Claudeen Bergeron of Lewiston. The bridegroom is the son of Judith G. Marlow and Eugene Marlow of New York City.
The bride wore a sweetheart tulle a-line gown with a chapel length train and carried a bouquet of blue and white flowers.
The maids of honor were Audrey and Julia Bergeron, sisters of the bride.
Best man was Sam Marlow, brother of the bridegroom. Usher was Ben Bergeron, brother of the bride.
A reception followed at the Mount Washington Room at Pineland Farms, after which the couple traveled to Naples and the Amalfi Coast. They will be residing in New York City.
The bride 2004 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2008 graduate of Emerson College with a bachelor’s degree in print and multi-media journalism. She is employed as an assistant editor at HarperCollins Publishers in NYC.
The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Trevor Day School, New York City, and a 2008 graduate of Emerson College with a bachelor’s degree in film. He is employed at Make Do Productions as a documentary film editor.
