Oct. 30 at 12:46 p.m., A 17-year-old female from Rumford was charged by Patrolman Dave Hodgson with assault on Lincoln Avenue. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Oct. 31 at 11:58 a.m., A 17-year-old male from Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Michael Belanger on a charge of domestic assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Andover Road. He was turned over to his mother and is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 6.
Oct. 31 at 10:32 p.m., Nicholas Varnum, 21, of Mexico was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson with violation conditions of release on River Street. Varnum is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Oct. 31 at 11:10 p.m., Shane Dubois, 25, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson with operating after suspension on Erchles Street. Dubois is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Oct. 31 at 11:57 p.m., Jacob Daigneault, 21, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson with violation conditions of release and possession of drug paraphernalia on Cumberland Street. Daigneault is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 1 at 12:20 a.m., Jesse Gray, 36, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on a charge of domestic assault on Cumberland Street. Gray posted unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 6.
Nov. 1 at 6:23 p.m., Jacob Ortiz, 32, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on a charge of violation conditions of release on Byron Street. Ortiz was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 2 at 9 a.m., Joyce Buckley, 58, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld with unregistered motor vehicle on Congress Street. Buckley is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 7.
Nov. 3 at 4:12 a.m., Kandice Child, 37, of Carthage was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on a charge of operating under the influence, second offense, and violation conditions of release on Isthmus Road. Child was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in South Paris Superior Court on Jan. 5.
Nov. 3 at 4:30 a.m., Erik Matthews, 25, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Dennis Ryder on a charge of violation conditions of release on Isthmus Road. Matthews was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 4 at 1:15 p.m., Angela Malchisky, 26, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Michael Belanger on a charge of disorderly conduct on Waldo Street. Malchisky posted $700 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 4 at 6:49 p.m., Nicole Belskis, 27, of Mexico was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson with leaving the scene of a property damage crash and failure to report the crash by quickest means on Erchles Street. Belskis is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 7.
Nov. 5 at 1 a.m., Carl Parise, 21, of Mexico was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Spruce Street. Parise is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 5 at 1 a.m., Tamaren Griffen, 22, of Auburn was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant with violation conditions of release and operating after suspension on Spruce Street. Griffen is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 5 at 1 a.m., Hailey Robinson, 19, of Auburn was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant with violation conditions of release on Spruce Street. Robinson is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 6 at 1:07 a.m., Patrick McInnis, 38, of Norway was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on a charge of violation protection order on Beliveau Road. McInnis posted $1,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 6 at 1:07 a.m., Noah Allison, 25, of Fairview, N.M., was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Hancock Street on two warrants charging failure to appear for criminal trespass, criminal speed and negotiating a worthless instrument. Allison, who was charged additionally with operating after suspension and unregistered motor vehicle, posted $990 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in court Feb.7 on the new charges.
Nov. 7 at 8:17 a.m., Daniel Pelletier, 32, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on a charge of operating after suspension on Route 2. Pelletier posted $400 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 7 at 1:40 p.m., Monica Taylor, 33, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Donald Miller with possession of a scheduled drug on Waldo Street. Taylor is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 7 at 1:40 p.m., Eric Taylor, 30, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Donald Miller with possession of drug paraphernalia on Waldo Street. Taylor is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 8 at 9:10 p.m., Glen Jasud, 48, of Rumford was charged by Patrolman Michael Belanger with possession of marijuana on Rumford Avenue. Jasud is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 11 at 8:32 p.m., Kera Radcliff, 25, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Scott Landis on a charge of domestic assault on Loudine Avenue. Radcliff posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 6.
Nov. 12 at 9:40 p.m., Eric Belanger, 34, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Scott Landis on a charge of violation conditions of release and possession of a scheduled drug on Waldo Street. Belanger was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Nov. 13 at 12:38 a.m., Chad Ramsdell, 24, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Dave Hodgson on a charge of domestic assault on Route 232. Ramsdell was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3.
Assault
Nov. 2 at 11:29 a.m., Sgt. Douglas Maifeld investigated an incident on Maine Avenue where one male assaulted another. The victim refused to press charges.
Nov. 4 at 5 p.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant is investigating an assault on a woman by an unknown man in the Brick Park.
Nov. 6 at 4:29 p.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated an incident on Byron Street where people assaulted each other.
Nov. 7 at 7:16 p.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley is investigating an assault on a juvenile in Rumford.
Criminal mischief
Oct. 31 at 9:10 p.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant took a complaint of a house spray painted on Knox Street.
Nov. 1 at 12:54 a.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant took a complaint of a fence spray painted on Knox Street.
Nov. 1 at 2:45 a.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant took a complaint of a rock wall spray painted on Maine Avenue.
Nov. 1 at 2:48 a.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant took a complaint of a house spray painted on Franklin Street.
Nov. 1 at 3:07 a.m., Patrolman Brad Gallant took a complaint of a vehicle spray painted on Maine Avenue.
Nov. 1 at 7:48 a.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley took a complaint of a business spray painted on Washington Street.
Nov. 2 at 2:41 p.m., Sgt. Douglas Maifeld took a complaint of a fence spray painted on Penobscot Street. Estimated loss $10.
Nov. 3 at 8:08 a.m., Sgt. Douglas Maifeld took a complaint of damage done to a door window on a vacant business on Oxford Avenue. Estimated loss: $100.
Theft
Oct. 31 at 12:22 a.m., Patrolman Michael Belanger is investigating the theft of tools valued at $494 from a residence on Spruce Street.
Nov. 4 at 11:14 a.m., Sgt. Douglas Maifeld is investigating the theft of a $40 cellphone and $40 in cash stolen from a female the night before.
Nov. 4 at 2:13 p.m., Sgt. Douglas Maifeld investigated theft of an $800 laptop from the high school.
Wanted
Corey Theriault, 18, Rumford, is wanted on two Rumford District Court warrants charging allowing minors to possess or consume liquor and receiving stolen property. The warrants are dated Oct. 28, 2011.
